Eco Luxury Hotel Hanoi

Lovely space. Great location, super close to the train street, market and beer street. Staff was very kind. Had a good time. At the price they were offering, the room and services were great.

The staffs were extremely friendly and upgraded our room for free. Not to mention, we were here during the typhoon. It was impossible for us to go out to buy food as the electricity was out in the city. They offered us bread and helped in every way possible to keep us safe and comfortable. Initially booked the room for a day and ended up staying here for 2 more days as we loved how accommodating they are. They also offer airport transfer and keep track with the driver company on our status. Best service ever!

We stayed here twice and both time it was amazing. The hotel was great value for money. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us to organise a taxi to the airport on lunar new year eve for a very reasonable price and allowed us to store luggage for the entire day at no extra cost.

The room was and the location was perfect. But what stood out the most was the helpfulness of the staff. I actually forgot my passports at the hotel, and they went above and beyond to contact me through booking and WhatsApp, ensuring that I could come back and retrieve them. I really appreciated their efforts and wanted to share this wonderful experience . I highly recommend this hotel for its reasonable prices and great location.

The staff were very friendly and we got upgraded to a nicer room on arrival for free. It was in a great location very close to train street and the city centre. The rooms were nice and comfy with good apps on the tv such as netflix and youtube. Very good price for what it is, very happy.
