The staffs were extremely friendly and upgraded our room for free. Not to mention, we were here during the typhoon. It was impossible for us to go out to buy food as the electricity was out in the city. They offered us bread and helped in every way possible to keep us safe and comfortable. Initially booked the room for a day and ended up staying here for 2 more days as we loved how accommodating they are. They also offer airport transfer and keep track with the driver company on our status. Best service ever!

This place was truly exceptional! The service Ms. Hanna gave me was above and beyond my expectation. I lost my wallet on the sleeping bus while I was traveling from Sapa to Hanoi and she just made miracle happened for me. She called to everyone she can and finally bring back my wallet with every single penny. I didn't even have this fantastic service from my previous 5stars hotel in Sapa.Her recommendation for places and activity to do was superb. Totally recommend this place.

I actually forgot my passports at the hotel, and they went above and beyond to contact me through booking and WhatsApp, ensuring that I could come back and retrieve them. I really appreciated their efforts and wanted to share this wonderful experience . I highly recommend this hotel for its reasonable prices and great location.

We stayed here twice and both time it was amazing. The hotel was great value for money. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us to organise a taxi to the airport on lunar new year eve for a very reasonable price and allowed us to store luggage for the entire day at no extra cost.

The location is excellent for street food, shopping and a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake area. I stay here regularly because many high quality yet inexpensive fabric shops are nearby and one of the best Pho shops is across the street. Several excellent coffee shops are just a few steps away, too.
